The warehouses were built in full compliance with current structural legislation satisfying all the health and safety requirements for handling and storing food products. There is no break in the cold chain as the products pass through our warehouses, which are entirely insulated and refrigerated. We also have a number of cold cells to store goods while they are waiting to be reshipped.
We have a computerised system to control the entire plant temperature and humidity, with constant remote monitoring and assistance by the manufacturer.
Our two structures work around the clock, from Sunday morning at 08:00 until the following Saturday at 18:00. Besides the continual unloading times, we also guarantee rapid loading and unloading operations.
