This important activity was born 15 years ago and is complementary to the main activity of loading/unloading and handling goods. Our transport services have become fundamental in our Cooperative bearing in mind the high rating it has achieved with our customers/users. Only the transportation of agroindustrial products under controlled temperature is effectuated.
Our vehicles, approximately 30 between tractor units and articulated vehicles, leave the Agroindustrial Centre of Verona daily to deliver goods purchased at the Verona market into wholesaler’s warehouses and the main supermarket platforms.
Our traffic is diffused throughout North Italy, whilst with the collaboration of other transport companies we cover the whole national territory and also the main European traffic zones.
On returning to base, we collect local products that are dispatched during the night to wholesale fruit and vegetable markets by a groupage service that is organized in our logistics warehouse. In agreement with our main commercial partners, we receive important quantities of product from southern Italy, North Europe, Spain and North African countries; this traffic is managed by our logistics warehouse.
